How would you compare/contrast NHL and Asia League?

The NHL sits at a higher level than Asia League. Over the seasons, Asia League has had a high bar for imports they carry and many imports in Asia league have AHL/NHL experience on their resumes prior to playing there (if they're an import).

We have knowledge on both of these leagues and scouting them to know how they slightly compare and more so differ.

Rosters is Asia League feature many native players and some teams carry a couple strong veteran imports (a few with prior NHL/AHL experience). Imports here are often paid quite well and they definitely raise the league’s skill level as a whole.
