To be determined. With the Bison beginning their first season in the ECHL in 2024-2025, it'll take us a few years of the team having played in the league to see who these players are.
Right in the middle of Illinois, Bloomington a city with quality attractions, indoor/outdoor recreation, and it has a good "small town" American feel to it. The city has a number of universities and Eastland Mall which is the main shopping local in town. In addition, Bloomington has a strong arts/cultural scene- everything from art exhibitions to a variety of theatre events are held throughout the year.
Bloomington is the home of Beer Nuts (famous peanuts). If you're not from the United States, you might not be as familiar with the brand name, but since its founding in 1937, Beer Nuts Inc. has been making their famous peanuts right here in the heart of Bloomington. The best part is you can tour the factory when you're visiting to learn all about it. Most importantly, you can taste these deliciously sweet and salty peanuts. It's worth a visit and a fun way to spend a few hours in town!
