What do players say?

"Macon is one of the best stops in the SPHL for playing puck. Hockey aside, the golf courses, restaurants, and live music in town made the day-to-day even more enjoyable during my time there."

Macon Coliseum

The Mayhem play home games at the Macon Coliseum which was been around since the 1960's. Back in the day, the arena hosted acts such as Elvis, Led Zeppelin, and the Atlanta Falcons. They don't draw the biggest fan attendance in the SPHL, but with an average of 2000+ fans each home game, it's a great arena to play in. The fans who show up to games are very passionate about the Mayhem and care about their guys on and off the ice. The crowds may be quaint, but you can feel the excitement and the cheering is deafening. The booster club in Macon is second to none. Every team looks forward to the meals prepared by the boosters.
